The Role:
- Seeking a resilient and proactive Pastoral Behaviour Assistant to support pupils aged 11β16 within a specialist setting.
- You will work closely with pastoral leaders, teaching staff and safeguarding teams to support behaviour, attendance and pupil wellbeing across the school.
- The role involves delivering targeted interventions, supporting pupils during periods of dysregulation, implementing behaviour support plans and helping pupils successfully access learning.
- You will also liaise with families and staff to ensure a consistent approach to behaviour management and emotional support.
