The NSW Government Graduate Program Engineering Stream will provide you with invaluable experience in analysing and addressing problems and coming up with practical ways to make changes that deliver to the citizens of NSW.

You will gain exposure and contribute to critical initiatives. You could be working on a wide range of different projects in areas such as transport and infrastructure.

Eligibility

  • To apply for the 2026 graduate program, you must:
  • hold a current visa or be in the process of obtaining a visa permitting you to work full-time in Australia for the 18-month duration of the program until 8 August 2027
  • complete your undergraduate or postgraduate engineering degree between 1 June 2023 and 31 December 2025, including any work placements
  • be available to start full-time work on 2 February 2026.
