Your Role
- Collating information and preparing planning reports such as Statements of Environmental Effects and Planning Proposals.
- Assisting with the coordination and management of approval processes for major land development projects.
- Undertaking project management tasks, including application lodgement, sourcing quotations, and reviewing works.
- Liaising with clients, consultants, councils, and authorities to manage projects successfully.
About You
- A recognised Australian Town Planning degree or be currently undertaking such a course.
- High organization and detail orientation.
- Understanding of NSW Environmental planning legislation and approvals processes.
- Strong written and oral communication skills with an outcome-focused approach.
- Previous experience in Town Planning or Project Management is desirable but not essential.
