QT Funded is a rapidly growing proprietary trading firm operating globally, backed by the Quant Tekel Group. We are hiring a Senior PHP / WordPress Developer to take ownership of our enterprise WooCommerce platform, payment infrastructure, and core web systems across our brands. This is a hands-on, in-house engineering role working closely with founders and senior stakeholders. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and scaling systems that are critical to the business.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain enterprise WooCommerce architecture
- Build custom WordPress themes and plugins
- Own payment flows and PSP integrations
- Optimize performance, scalability, and security
- Work with MySQL-backed systems handling high volumes
- Contribute to server administration and infrastructure decisions
- Collaborate with internal product, ops, and leadership teams
Required Experience
This role is not suitable for juniors or freelancers. You must have:
- 5+ years commercial development experience
- Advanced PHP
- Deep WordPress knowledge (core + internals)
- Enterprise WooCommerce experience (non-negotiable)
- Advanced Custom Fields (ACF)
- MySQL
- Tailwind CSS
- Vanilla JavaScript
- Git (professional workflows)
- Custom theme & plugin development
- Server administration experience
- PSP / payment processor experience
Working Arrangement
