- You’ll take full charge of a flagship Chopstix restaurant in the Northwest—pace is high, standards matter, and the energy never drops.
- Lead from the front in a fast, high-volume environment.
- Build and develop a strong, engaged team that’s proud of what they do.
- Own the numbers – drive sales, profit and performance every week.
- Keep operations running smoothly while staying quick to shift when things change.
Qualifications
- We’re looking for a GM who has solid experience running high-volume restaurants (QSR or similar).
- Is a natural people leader, visible, hands-on, and all-in with their team.
- Knows how to balance standards and pace without losing the vibe.
- Is commercially switched on and owns their results.
