We're looking for a Team Leader who leads from the front, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering great food and outstanding customer experiences.
As a key holder, you'll run shifts, support the smooth day-to-day operation of the store, and work closely with the management team to drive performance. You'll coach and inspire your team, create a culture of teamwork, and help ensure every customer leaves with a flavour-packed experience.
You will lead from the front, working across all areas of the store to support your team, deliver great food and service, and keep every shift running smoothly.

- Experience in a hospitality, retail, leisure, or customer-focused environment.
- Confidence leading or supporting a team in a fast-paced setting.
- The ability to take ownership of shifts and make decisions when needed.
- A passion for delivering great customer service and memorable experiences.
- A hands‑on approach, with the flexibility to work across all areas of the store.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate those around you.
- A positive attitude, high standards, and a desire to grow with the business.
