We are looking for a dedicated and caring Programme Staff to join our team and support the holistic development of preschool children aged 5 to 6 years old (K1 & K2). The successful candidate will play an important role in creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment for young learners.
Responsibilities
- Create a positive, supportive, and stimulating learning environment for K1 and K2 children
- Organise and conduct age-appropriate indoor and outdoor learning activities based on planned programmes
- Support children’s learning, social, emotional, and physical development
- Manage daily care routines, including transitions, meals, and rest times
- Ensure the safety, well-being, and supervision of all children at all times
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised Centre environment
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
- Fundamental Certificate in Early Childhood Care & Education / Student Care (Early Years)
- Good communication and classroom management skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Patient, nurturing, and child-centred personality
- Passion for working with young children
