As a Programme Staff, you will play an important role in supporting the daily care, learning, and development of primary school children in a safe and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise students’ daily routines and enrichment activities after school
- Support children’s development while applying health, safety, and hygiene practices in accordance with centre standards
- Provide homework guidance and basic academic support
- Plan and conduct fun, engaging, and age‑appropriate enrichment programmes
- Ensure the safety, well‑being, and positive behaviour of all students at all times
Job Requirements
- Minimum N‑Level or equivalent
- Prior experience in student care, childcare, or tutoring is an advantage
- Good classroom and student management skills
- Patient, caring, and passionate about working with children
- Candidates with higher qualifications or relevant experience may be considered for Senior Programme Staff positions
- Training will be provided for candidates without prior experience
