We are looking for a dedicated and caring Programme Staff to join our team and support the holistic development of preschool children aged 5 to 6 years old (K1 & K2). The successful candidate will play an important role in creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment for young learners.

Responsibilities

  • Create a positive, supportive, and stimulating learning environment for K1 and K2 children
  • Organise and conduct age-appropriate indoor and outdoor learning activities based on planned programmes
  • Support children’s learning, social, emotional, and physical development
  • Manage daily care routines, including transitions, meals, and rest times
  • Ensure the safety, well-being, and supervision of all children at all times
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised Centre environment
  • Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications

  • Fundamental Certificate in Early Childhood Care & Education / Student Care (Early Years)
  • Good communication and classroom management skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Patient, nurturing, and child-centred personality
  • Passion for working with young children
