Heat Pump Engineer – Asset Energy (QSD Group)

Location: North Wales | Employment: Full‑time | Salary: Competitive (approximately £35,000‑£55,000)

Asset Energy (part of the QSD Group) is expanding! We’re a fast‑growing renewable energy company specialising in air source heat pumps, underfloor heating and liquid screed systems. We’re looking for an experienced Heat Pump Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and commission ASHP systems.
• Carry out servicing, diagnostics and maintenance.
• Work with UFH, radiators and heating layouts.
• Ensure compliance with MCS standards and building regulations.
• Complete commissioning paperwork and handovers.
• Engage professionally with customers and contractors.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ experience with heat pump installations.
• Strong plumbing & heating background (NVQ Level 2/3 preferred).
• Good fault‑finding ability and technical understanding.
• Full UK driving licence.
