A QSdoBrasil, canal homologado TOTVS, está em busca de um Consultor Protheus, módulos Backoffice, para a região de Campinas/Indaiatuba. Este profissional será responsável por atuar em projetos de implantação e sustentação, garantindo o alinhamento das soluções com as necessidades de negócio de nossos clientes.
Responsabilidades:
- Analisar, projetar e implementar soluções no Protheus;
- Realizar diagnósticos de processos e sistemas para identificar melhorias ou customizações nos módulos.
- Realizar suporte técnico e funcional nos módulos mencionados, resolvendo problemas de forma ágil e eficaz;
- Documentar soluções desenvolvidas, parametrizações e processos realizados;
- Treinar e capacitar usuários finais para melhor utilização do sistema;
- Colaborar com equipes multidisciplinares para integração entre sistemas e otimização de processos.
Requisitos:
- Conhecimento avançado no Protheus, especialmente sobre os módulos backoffice;
- Capacidade de análise de requisitos e documentação técnica;
- Conhecimento em banco de dados SQL Server e estrutura de tabelas do Protheus;
- Habilidade para resolução de problemas e visão crítica para melhorias de processos;
Diferenciais:
- Conhecimento em demais módulos Protheus serão um diferencial.
- Certificações TOTVS (desejável).
- Conhecimento em ADVPL/SQL será um diferencial.
