Do You Have Proven Experience in Wholesale Administration?
Weβre looking for an organised and proactive individual to join our team as a Wholesale Administrator.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing order processing, client communication, and general administrative tasks ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all our wholesale partners.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Process and track wholesale orders with accuracy and attention to detail
β’ Generate invoices, shipping documents, and maintain thorough documentation
β’ Communicate with clients regarding product availability, order status, and delivery timelines
β’ Collaborate closely with the sales team to support wholesale operations
β’ Assist during peak sales periods and events, helping manage increased order volumes
Duration: This is a full-time role working
Contract Type: Permanent
Hourly Rate: This role pays Β£26,000 per annum.Please note: We do not offer visa sponsorship
Working Hours: This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:30, with an early finish at 16:00 on Fridays.

Experience & Qualifications
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
β’ Prior experience in a wholesale administrative role (fashion or retail sector preferred)
β’ Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail
β’ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
β’ Familiarity with inventory or order management software (highly preferred)
β’ Proactive and able to work independently
β’ Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
β’ Industry knowledge or background in fashion/retail is a strong advantage
