Do you have a FLT licence and are looking for work in Rugby? We are looking for a hard working and organised candidate to work as a Warehouse Operative, using a FLT to move pallets safely and efficiently around the warehouse, supporting team operations and contributing to daily targets.

Your main duties will include:

  • Receive, check, and process incoming stock, reporting any issues
  • Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately
  • Load and unload vehicles and move goods using warehouse equipment (where licensed)
  • Maintain clean, organised storage areas and handle labelling/sorting of stock
  • Carry out stock counts and support inventory audits using WMS systems
  • Follow all health, safety, PPE, and manual handling procedures.

Duration: This is a temp to perm position so you must want full-time, ongoing work. Apply today!

Contract Type: Temporary

Hourly Rate: This role pays £13.50 an hour, and you will accrue holiday up to 28 days per year, pro rata.

We do not accept visa sponsorships.

Working Hours: You will be working Monday to Friday. Hours are 07:00 to 16:00 Monday to Thursday and on Fridays you will work 07:00 to 13:30.
