Job Description

Earn a starting wage of £538 per week.

We are currently recruiting warehouse operatives to join the busy team at the North Scarle Lincoln factory.
The role involves assisting supervisors to ensure the smooth running of the production process, meeting department targets and orders, while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

Your responsibilities include picking, packing, and handling pet food goods.

• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Picking orders using the Cmex system
• Ensuring products are stored correctly with traceability maintained at all times
• Maintaining food safety standards consistently

Duration: This is an ongoing role with immediate start.

Contract Type: Temporary

Hourly Rate: £12.64 basic, £18.36 overtime (all hours over 40 per week)

Start wage: £490 per week.

Working Hours: 4 days on, 4 days off; 12-hour shifts rotating weekly between days and nights.
0600 – 1800: Days
1800 – 0600: Nights
Total hours: 48 hours per week.

Closing Date: 2025-06-10

Experience & Qualifications

Requirements:

• Forklift license is not required but can be advantageous.
• Motivated individual, able to work well in a team or independently.
• Positive attitude towards teamwork and assisting colleagues.
• Good spoken and written English skills.
• Attention to detail.
