Job Description

We’re looking for a dependable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our busy returns team. This is a practical, hands-on role that requires high physical strength, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to daily tasks.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Safely handle and move very heavy items, including radiators and heated towel rails.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, tidy, and well-organised.
  • Ensure all products are stored and handled with care.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.
  • Work collaboratively to achieve daily targets and maintain smooth operations.

Duration: The position is long term on going

Contract Type: Temporary

Hourly Rate: You will be paid £12.71 per hour and accrue up to 28 days holiday per year. Please note we do not offer sponsorship.

Working Hours: This role is Monday to Friday with the start time being 07:00 and shifts averaging 9 hours. You will have a 1 hour break.

Experience & Qualifications

For the role we require the following;

  • Prior warehouse experience is beneficial but not required.
  • Comfortable performing tasks involving very heavy lifting and manual handling.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Able to operate hand-held scanners (training will be provided if necessary).
  • Dependable, punctual, and works well within a team environment.
