Job Description
We are currently looking for reliable and motivated Warehouse Pickers & Packers to join our team on an immediate-start basis. This is light warehouse work involving the picking and packing of bulbs, plants, seeds, and other plant-related goods.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking and packing bulbs, plants, seeds, and other horticultural products accurately.
- Preparing orders for dispatch in a timely manner.
- Handling goods carefully to maintain product quality.
- Keeping the work area clean, organised, and safe
- Working to daily picking targets and quality standards
The Role Offers
- Light warehouse work (no heavy lifting)
- Hourly Rate: £12.71 p/hPicking bonus awarded for high performance.

Experience & Qualifications
- General warehousing knowledge desired
- Must be physically fit to be able to preform the role that requires on your feet for long periods.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work efficiently and meet picking targets
- Reliable and punctual
- Be able to access the Anwick area
