We are recruiting a Warehouse Manager to lead night shift operations for a high-growth, technology-led logistics business operating large-scale, high-volume warehouse environments in the London (Uxbridge) area. This night shift Warehouse Manager role (21:00–06:00) offers full operational ownership, leading a large warehouse team and reporting directly into the Site Manager. The successful Warehouse Manager will be highly data-driven, commercially aware and able to clearly demonstrate measurable improvements in service, productivity and performance. This role is ideal for a Warehouse Manager from an Amazon-style or similarly fast-paced logistics environment.
