We’re currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled FLT Operative to join a busy warehouse operation in the Tuxford area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business offering stable, ongoing work within a supportive team. This is a varied role that combines forklift truck duties with general warehouse responsibilities. The successful candidate will be confident working across different areas of the warehouse and be willing to assist wherever required.
- Operating Counterbalance, Reach and Flexi FLTs safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Moving stock throughout the warehouse
- Picking, packing and preparing orders
- Stock replenishment and inventory checks
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
- Supporting the wider warehouse team with general duties as required
Duration: long term ongoing role with permanent opportunity.
Contract Type: Temporary
Hourly Rate: £13.50 p/h basic. Overtime paid at £20.25 on all hours over 37.5.
Weekly pay, 28 days annual leave pro-rata.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 0800 start time, Average 8 hour shifts, 30 Min breaks.
Experience & Qualifications Candidate Requirements:
- Valid FLT licences are essential
- Ideally hold Counterbalance, Reach and Flexi licences
- Previous warehouse experience
- Good attention to detail
- A flexible, hands-on approach to work
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
