Based in our Nottingham office your duties as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant will include:
– ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT:
- Cultivating robust relationships with every client to fully leverage our potential in the market.
- Delivering unparalleled customer service standards.
- Engaging consistently with customers – devising staffing strategies, informing on current market trends, resolving issues, and talking about upcoming needs.
– RECRUITMENT:
- Engaging in active candidate sourcing through diverse methods.
- Ensuring application management aligns with legal standards.
- Developing and nurturing robust relationships with candidates, delivering a favourable experience during the recruitment journey.
- Identifying and maximising work opportunities for applicants.
- Utilise social media platforms to promote job openings and engage with potential candidates.
- Leveraging social media to advertise vacancies and interact with prospective candidates.
– BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:
- Building, cultivating, and sustaining relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients
- Acquiring new business through different Business Development strategies, including cold calling
- Developing social media networks to connect with prospective clients

- Previous experience in a business to business customer service or sales environment (not retail).
- Educated ideally to A Level.
- A driving licence and access to transport.
You will be office based Monday to Friday working 8 hours a day between 08:00 & 17:30. You will also be required to take part in our on call service on a rota basis
