REFUSE LOADING OPERATIVES REQUIRED IN SWADLINCOTE. As a bin loader, you will play an important part in serving the local community, working on refuse lorries to collect household and garden waste bins.

Duration: Ongoing work available for the right person.

Contract Type: Temporary

Hourly Rate: This role pays £13.26 per hour. Holiday is accrued up to 28 days per year, pro rata.

We do not offer visa sponsorships.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:00 until around 14:30.

Experience & Qualifications: We’re looking for reliable, motivated team members who are committed to punctuality and hard work. Experience in outdoor, physically demanding roles is an advantage. Given the location and early shifts, having your own vehicle or living close by is essential.
