Job Description
HGV CLASS 2 DRIVER.
Fancy a change? Want early finishes and to go out with a crew of people rather than on your own?
We’re offering immediate starts for experienced HGV Class 2 Drivers to join our team covering the Swadlincote and Burton areas.
In this role, you’ll drive a rear-steer vehicle through local residential streets, working closely with a team of loaders to collect household waste and recycling. While your main responsibility will be driving, please note that you may occasionally be required to assist loaders as needed.
Duration: Ongoing work available with an immediate start for the right candidate.
Contract Type: Temporary
Hourly Rate: These positions will pay £18.00 per hour.
Working Hours: You will be working through Monday to Friday from 06:00 to 14:30 with weekends off.

Experience & Qualifications
We welcome professional drivers who conduct their work with courtesy, patience, and a strong focus on customer service.
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
-Hold a valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
-Possess a valid Digital Tachograph card
-Hold a valid CPC qualification
Have no more than 6 penalty points on your licence and no DD, DR, or IN endorsements.
