Class 1 Events Driver Wanted – Supporting Acts across the UK and Europe.
Our client is a leading transport and logistics company that has been providing support for music events, exhibitions, concerts and worldwide stadium tours since 1992, leading the way in sustainable transport solutions. They are now looking to add additional HGV Class 1 Drivers to join their team.
As a HGV Class 1 Driver, you will be responsible for driving a HGV Class 1 vehicle delivering equipment to events all over the UK. All drivers will be expected to carry out vehicle checks prior to deliveries and complete all paperwork in line with company guidelines.
- Duration: This is a temporary on-going assignment with each job having different durations.
- Contract Type: Permanent.
- Hourly Rate: Pay for this role is £20.00 per hour Monday to Friday.
- Working Hours: Start times can vary depending on the event you will be delivering to with nights out also involved.
Experience & Qualifications
To apply for this role you must have the following:
- HGV Class 1 Licence
- A full UK CPC
- A valid digital tacho card
- No more than 6 points
To be considered for this role, you must have held your licence for at least 1 year with a minimum of 180 days commercial driving experience.
