Job Description
Opportunity for experience administrate and marketing assistant.
This is a varied role that would suit someone with a strong administrative background and marketing experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is looking for a long-term opportunity.
The Role
You’ll play an important part in the day-to-day running of the office, providing comprehensive administrative support across the business.
As the role develops, you’ll also work closely with the Managing Director, providing assistance with sales administration and helping to keep processes running smoothly.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, and is happy to get involved wherever needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing general administrative support across the business.
- Managing emails, documents and company records.
- Preparing reports, spreadsheets and correspondence.
- Supporting the Managing Director with sales administration.
- Liaising with customers and internal departments.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Assisting with additional office duties as the role develops.
Duration: Permenant ongoing opportunity.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday0900 - 17008 hour shifts30 min breaks
Experience & Qualifications
- A strong administrative and marketing background.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and general office systems.
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
