A fantastic opportunity has become available for HGV Class 2 Drivers to join a busy and well-established waste management and environmental services provider. Due to continued growth, they are looking for reliable and hardworking drivers to support their expanding operation.

This is a varied role offering a mix of residential and commercial work, including furniture collections, domestic waste removals, and commercial waste services. No two days are the same, making this an excellent opportunity for drivers who enjoy a hands-on position and take pride in delivering a high standard of service throughout their working day.

Drivers will be responsible for completing daily vehicle safety inspections, working in line with health and safety procedures, and ensuring all collection records and associated paperwork are completed accurately and efficiently.

Duration: Take advantage of ongoing, full-time work with regular hours, dependable weekly earnings, and the opportunity to secure a permanent position with a growing and successful business.

Contract Type: Permanent

Hourly Rate: Earn £16.07 per hour, with overtime paid at an enhanced rate of £24.11 per hour, offering excellent earning potential for drivers looking to maximise their weekly income through additional hours.

Working Hours: Enjoy consistent Monday to Friday work with early starts from around 06:00, offering a reliable routine, steady weekly hours, and your weekends free.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • A valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) Driving Licence
  • A valid Driver CPC qualification
  • A current Digital Tachograph Card
  • A minimum of 12 months holding a Class 2 licence
  • At least 180 days of commercial driving experience
