We have a position that could be the perfect fit. Join a well-established food manufacturing team just outside of Scunthorpe, where you’ll be part of a fast-paced environment focused on safety, quality, and efficiency.

In this role, you’ll help keep the production line running smoothly, ensuring products are packed correctly and daily targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operating and monitoring production machinery
  • Bagging and packaging food products
  • Carrying out heavy lifting tasks
  • Moving finished goods to dispatch
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe workspace

Hourly Rate: £12.40ph. You will accrue up to 28 days holiday per year.

Working Hours: Start time is 7am working 5 days in 7 on a rota basis. 40+ hours a week.

Experience & Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a similar position, ideally within food production
  • A collaborative team player with strong communication skills
  • Physically fit and confident with manual handling, including lifting and moving heavy items and pallets
  • Competent in written and spoken English

Please note: Due to the location of the facility, having your own transport is essential. Free on-site parking is provided.
