Seeking experienced production operatives for a fantastic opportunity in Rugby, Warwickshire. We are looking for an experienced assembly operative for a temp to perm position in Rugby. You will be manually assembling metal parts to construct inventory cabinets and drawers, using handheld tools and ensuring all items are quality checked for dispatch. You must be happy with some lifting and shifting of parts around the warehouse and contributing to general warehouse duties.
Duration: This is a temp to perm position so you can expect ongoing work.
Contract Type: Temporary.
Hourly Rate: You will be paid £13.00 for this role. Holiday will be accrued up to 28 days per year, pro rata.
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 07:00 to 16:00 with an early Friday finish at 13:30.
Experience & Qualifications Requirements:
- At least two years’ assembly operative experience.
- Experience using hand tools.
- Happy with some lifting/shifting of moderately heavy items.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Hard‑working and positive attitude.
- Preferably have your own transport due to location and start times.
