We are looking for candidates to work as a Warehouse Operative for our client in Rugby, supporting team operations and contributing to daily targets. Your main duties will include:
- Receive, check, and process incoming stock
- Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately
- Load and unload vehicles and move goods using warehouse equipment (where licensed)
- Maintain clean, organised storage areas and handle labelling/sorting of stock
- Carry out stock counts and support inventory audits using WMS systems
- Follow all health, safety, PPE, and manual handling procedures

Contract Type: Temporary
Hourly Rate: You will be paid £13.50 an hour. Holiday pay will be accrued up to 28 days per year, pro rata.
We do not accept visa sponsorships.
Working Hours: You will be working Monday to Thursday 07:00 to 16:00 and on Fridays you can enjoy an early finish at 13:30!
Experience & Qualifications Requirements:
- You must have a valid and in date FLT licence
- Good written and spoken English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Preferably have your own transport
- Happy lifting moderately heavy items
