Temp to perm role with an immediate start available. We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Assembly Operative to join our team on a temporary-to-permanent basis in Rugby.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble metal components to build storage cabinets and drawers
- Use handheld tools safely and effectively during the assembly process
- Carry out quality checks to ensure all products meet required standards before dispatch
- Handle and move materials within the warehouse
- Support general warehouse operations as needed

- A hands-on approach with good attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

Hourly Rate: The pay is £13.00 an hour. Holiday will be accrued up to 28 days per year, pro rata.
Working Hours: Enjoy an early Friday finish at 13:30 with this role. Usual working hours are 07:00 to 16:00 Monday to Thursday.
Experience & Qualifications Requirements: We are looking for candidates with a minimum of two years’ experience in an assembly operative or similar role, who are confident using a range of handheld tools. You should be comfortable with manual handling tasks, including lifting and moving moderately heavy items. A good level of written and spoken English is essential, along with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Due to the location and shift start times, having your own transport is preferred.
