Assembly Operatives needed in Rugby for an immediate start. We are seeking a reliable and motivated Assembly Operative to join our team on a temporary-to-permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble metal components to build storage cabinets and drawers
- Use handheld tools safely and effectively during the assembly process
- Carry out quality checks to ensure all products meet required standards before dispatch
- Handle and move materials within the warehouse
- Support general warehouse operations as needed
You will need to have a hands-on approach with good attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Contract Type: Temporary
Hourly Rate: This role pays £13.00 an hour. Holiday will be accrued up to 28 days per year, pro rata.
Working Hours: You will work 07:00 to 16:00 Monday to Thursday and on Fridays you will finish early at 13:30.
Experience & Qualifications:
- At least two years’ assembly operative experience.
- Experience using hand tools.
- Happy with some lifting/shifting of moderately heavy items.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Hard-working and positive attitude.
- Preferably have your own transport due to location and start times.
