Looking for a Counterbalance Forklift Driver role with consistent hours, ongoing work, and an immediate start? We’re primarily recruiting experienced FLT Drivers to join a leading manufacturing company, where you’ll also support warehouse operations as part of your day-to-day duties.

We are currently recruiting Counterbalance Forklift Drivers and Warehouse Operatives to join Okarno Ltd. If you’re reliable, hardworking, and looking for long-term temporary work, we’d love to hear from you.

  • You will be responsible for accurately picking and packing customer orders to meet daily targets.
  • You will carry out a variety of general warehouse duties to support the smooth running of the operation.
  • You will help maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment at all times.
  • You will follow all Health & Safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient workplace.

Duration: This is a temporary position offering ongoing, reliable work.

Contract Type: Temporary

Hourly Rate: Holiday entitlement accrues on a pro rata basis throughout your assignment.

Working Hours: This is a Monday to Friday role with two shift options available:

  • 6:00am – 2:00pm
  • 2:00pm – 10:00pm

Experience & Qualifications

  • You will have previous experience working within a warehouse or similar environment.
  • You will be reliable, hardworking, and able to work well as part of a team.
  • If applying for the FLT Driver position, you must hold a valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck licence.
  • You will be committed to maintaining high standards and following all Health & Safety procedures at all times.
