Job Description
We have a great full-time admin role available starting immediately with weekly pay!
We are looking for a Customer Support Assistant to join our customer service and aftercare team on a temporary basis.
This is a phone-based role suited to someone with a confident telephone manner, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
Your duties will include
- Proactively contacting customer branches to confirm they can receive goods on scheduled delivery dates.
- Building rapport and maintaining a professional and positive experience on all calls.
- Taking incoming aftercare claims calls and accurately recording all relevant details.
- Maintaining clear and concise documentation for follow-up and resolution.
- Liaising with DHL regarding delivery delays.
- Tracking and locating parcels and providing timely updates to internal teams and customers.
- Maintaining and updating the returns log accurately.
- Coordinating with the transport team to track vehicle locations and statuses.
- Supporting general logistics queries and providing updates as required.
- Duration: His is a temporary role with the potential to become ongoing
Hourly Rate: Pay for this position is £14.00 per hour. You will accrue holiday up to 28 days pro rata We are unable to offer visa sponsorships
Working Hours: You will be working 08:00-16:30 Monday to Friday
