Job Description
HGV 1 / LGV 1 / CLASS 1 DRIVERS WANTED
You will be working for one of the UK’s leading specialists in temperature-controlled transport and dedicated distribution services. Duties will include collection of food products from food suppliers throughout the UK and delivery into supermarker RDC’s and NDC’s nationwide. No handball involved as drivers will simply be required to back on to a bay and wait to be loaded or unoaded. On average, drivers will be required to complete 1-2 collections and deliveries per shift.
All drivers will be expected to carry out vehicle checks prior to deliveries and complete all paperwork in line with company guidelines.
Duration: This is an on-going temporary assignment
Contract Type: Temporary
Hourly Rate: Pay for this role is as follows,- Mon-Fri - Days - £18.00 p/h- Mon-Fri - Nights - £19.00 p/h- Saturday - £20.00 p/h- Sunday - £21.00 p/h
Working Hours: Various start times and shift patterns available as this is a 24/7 operation.Weekend work available

Experience & Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have the following,
- HGV Class 1 Licence
- Digital tacho card
- A full UK CPC
- No more than 6 points on your licence
