HGV 1 / LGV 1 / Class 1 Night Drivers Wanted – Rotherham
You will be working for a family operated, international transport company operating primarily in the construction, retail and manufacturing industries who are a proud partner of TPN (The Pallet Network). You will be responsible for trunking to TPN RDC’s and NDC’s nationwide where you will be loaded full of pallets before returning to the distribution centre in Rotherham. You may at times be required to do trailer swaps as well as the odd collection from other customers.
All drivers will be expected to carry out vehicle checks prior to deliveries and complete all paperwork in line with company guidelines.
Duration: This is an ongoing temporary role with permanent opportunities also available
Contract Type: Permanent
Hourly Rate: Pay for this role is £20.00 per hour
Working Hours: Working hours are Monday to Friday with start times being around 1800 each day.
Experience & Qualifications
- HGV Class 1 Licence
- Digital tacho card
- A full UK CPC
- No more than 6 points on your licence
- You must also have held your licence for a minimum of 1 year
