Dual Registered Manager – Children’s EBD Homes
Burton upon Trent
60,000 + £10,000 Performance Bonus
We’re recruiting for a Dual Registered Manager opportunity overseeing 2 neighbouring Ofsted-registered EBD children’s homes in Burton upon Trent.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a provider with a strong reputation for delivering genuinely therapeutic, trauma-informed care — with all existing homes currently rated Good or Outstanding by Ofsted.
The homes are both 3-bed solo-placement services, connected by adjoining gardens, with an established staffing team already in place including a Deputy Manager and experienced Residential Care Workers.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a Registered Manager within children’s residential care
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding
- Experience supporting children with EBD needs
- Confident leadership and people management skills
- Passion for therapeutic, child-centred care
Hourly Rate: Package£60,000 salary£10,000 performance bonus Monday–Friday hours (09:00–17:00) Shared on-call rota with Deputy Manager Ongoing professional development & progression Supportive senior leadership structure Employee wellbeing support

Experience & Qualifications
As Dual Registered Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day running of both homes, ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding, compliance, and team leadership.
Responsibilities

- Ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed care delivery
- Maintaining Ofsted compliance and standards
- Supporting young people with complex emotional and behavioural needs
- Working closely with senior leadership and clinical teams
