Fantastic ongoing opportunity for Refuse Loaders at Alfreton. Early finishes, no weekends, and a long term project. Working alongside an experienced team of 3 to 4 people you will be responsible for the safe loading and unloading of refuse trucks.
In your role as a Refuse Operative you will make collections of:
- Residential and commercial garden waste
- Glass
- General waste
Due to the nature of the role, you can expect heavy lifting and extensive walking.
Duration: This position offers full time hours on an ongoing basis.
Contract Type: Temporary
Hourly Rate: The hourly rate for a Refuse Operative is £12.21ph PAYE with 28 days holiday per rota. Time and a half paid after 8 hours per day at £18.32 per hour.
Working Hours: The hours of work will be Monday to Friday, starting at 05:45 and finishing around 14:00.
Experience & Qualifications: Experience is not necessary as all training will be provided, however applicants must have the following:
- A great work ethic
- The ability to lift over 10kg
- Great customer service
- The ability to work well within a team
