Are you looking for outdoor work in the Leicester area? We are expanding our team of refuse loaders to support the local bin collections team. You will go out with the rest of your crew on the bin lorry to collect general waste bins, recycling, garden and food waste. This is a physical outdoor role where you will be working in all weather conditions.
Duration: Regular and ongoing work available.
Contract Type: Temporary.
Hourly Rate: You will be paid £12.71 per hour for this role. This will increase after 12 consecutive weeks to £13.07 per hour. Bank holidays are paid double hours. You will accrue up to 28 days holiday per year, pro rata.
Working Hours: Shifts available throughout the working week, Monday to Friday with start times from 6am. Finish times will vary but you will be paid a minimum of 7 hours per day. Flexibility will be required throughout the week.
Experience & Qualifications: Previous outdoor work experience is required. Experience of refuse loading would be an advantage.
