Job Description
Are you a fully flexible worker who prefers outdoor, physical work to sitting behind a desk or being stuck in a warehouse?
We are expanding our team of refuse and bin loaders in the local area ahead of the busy summer months.
You will go out with the crew and follow the bin lorry on set routes to collect general waste, recycling, garden waste and food waste bins.
This is a physical role requiring you to walk throughout your shift in all weather.
You will be reliable, a great team player and not afraid of manual work.

- Perform physically demanding duties in all weather conditions.
- Work as part of a team to complete waste collection routes efficiently and safely.
- Contract & Pay
- Duration: Temporary opportunity.
- Contract Type: Temporary.
- Hourly Rate: £12.71 for the first 12 weeks, then £13.07 per hour.
- Holiday entitlement: 28 days per year, pro rata.
- Visa sponsorship: Not offered.
- Working Hours: Shifts available Monday to Friday with start times from 05:30 am.
Experience & Qualifications
- Previous outdoor work experience is required.
- Previous loading experience would be a strong advantage.
- You must live within walking distance or have your own transport to get to and from work.
