Monday – Friday!! Early starts, Early Finishes!!

As a refuse loader you will work as part of a team making the residential and commercial garden waste, glass, and general waste collections. You will be in teams of 3-4 loaders and will be responsible for safely loading and unloading of the trucks. The ability to work in a team and be able to walk long distances, and do manual work is therefore essential!

Our client is strict on attendance, so any worker will need to have a good attendance record.

Duration: This is a temp to perm position.

Contract Type: Temporary

Hourly Rate: £12.71 per hour for weekdays, for the first 8 hours; £19.07 for overtime and hours worked on Saturdays. After 12 weeks, the rate increases to £13.09 per hour for the first 8 hours; £19.64 per hour for overtime and hours worked on Saturdays.

We do not offer Visa Sponsorships.

Working Hours: Days will start from 05:45 and expect to finish by 14:00, Monday to Friday. Saturday overtime is available.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • A great work ethic

  • Physically able to lift over 10kg
  • Great customer service
  • The ability to work well within a team
  • Be physically fit and able to walk 12000-13000 steps per day

Experience is not required for this role as training will be provided.
