Do you enjoy working outdoors and making a real difference in your local community? We are looking for experienced refuse loading staff who can join our team to be part of the crew collecting general waste, recycling, garden and food waste locally. You will have a “can do” attitude, be an excellent team player and have no issues with being on your feet all day, working outdoors come rain or shine. We are looking for someone who has similar experience and who is reliable.
Duration: Ongoing work with an immediate start for the right candidate.
Contract Type: Temporary
Hourly Rate: You will be paid £12.71 per hour for the first 12 weeks. After this time your hourly rate will increase to £13.07 per hour. Bank Holidays are paid at double hours. Holidays are accrued up to 28 days per year, pro rata.
Working Hours: Shifts available throughout the week, Monday to Friday with 06:30am starts. Full flexibility is required throughout the week.
Experience & Qualifications: Previous experience is preferred. You must have your own transport or live within walking distance. Comfortable working outdoors no matter the weather.
