Duties:
- Carry out timely collections from customers across the East Midlands area.
- Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Follow and uphold all Health & Safety procedures at all times.
- Complete collections within agreed timeframes.
- Communicate any potential delays promptly to the Operations team.
- Assist with unloading vehicles and scanning parcels ahead of dispatch.
- Accurately sort parcels to the correct carrier or service.
- Conduct daily vehicle checks, ensuring vehicles are clean and well-maintained.
- Report any customer feedback or issues following collections.
- Ensure full compliance with MICOP regulations to maintain the security of collected mail.
Working Hours:
