We are currently recruiting for a Multi‑Drop Van Driver to join a well‑established company based in the Brigg area. This role involves delivering doors of various shapes and sizes to both residential and commercial customers. The position is physically demanding and includes regular heavy lifting, so applicants must be comfortable with manual handling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Completing multi‑drop deliveries in a company van
  • Delivering doors of different sizes safely and efficiently
  • Loading and unloading products, including heavy items
  • Providing excellent customer service when delivering to homes and businesses
  • Ensuring all deliveries are completed accurately and on time
  • Maintaining a professional and courteous manner when representing the company

Hourly Rate: The hourly rate for the Van driver multi drop is £12.71 per hour, increasing to £13.50 per hour after 13 weeks. Overtime is paid at time and a half for any hours worked over 40 per week. Night out allowance of £25 per night, with accommodation fully paid for. You will accrue up to 28 days holiday per year.

Working Hours: Start times between 04:00 and 06:00. Average 45–50 hours per week with potentially up to 2 nights out per week.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Full UK Driving Licence (maximum 6 penalty points, no major endorsements)
  • Previous multi‑drop delivery experience is preferred
  • Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
