We are looking for a HGV Class 2 driver to work with an immediate start in the Market Harborough area of Leicestershire. You will play a key role in delivering and collecting recycling and waste across Leicestershire and surrounding areas. You will be driving the Class 2 vehicle with a crew of loaders supporting the loading as and when required. You will always follow health and safety guidelines ensuring safe operations. You will be reliable, happy to work flexible hours over a 4 day (Tuesday to Friday) period and be an excellent team player.

  • Flexible working in line with operational needs

Location: Market Harborough, Leicestershire

Duration: Immediate start, full time hours and ongoing work potentially leading to a permanent position.

Contract Type: Temporary

Hourly Rate: £15.17 per hour PAYE. This position does offer the opportunity of gaining a full time, permanent contract. Holiday is accrued up to 28 days per year, pro rata.

Working Hours: 4 days per week, Tuesday to Friday with working hours between 06:30 – 18:15. You will work roughly 39 hours per week over the 4 days.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Full UK Driving licence with Cat C (HGV Class 2 qualification)
  • Valid digital tachograph card
  • Completion of 35 hours Driver CPC
  • No more than 6 points
  • Courteous to the public
  • Reliable
  • Available ASAP
