Job Description

£13.38 PER HOUR | 07:30 – 16:00 MONDAY TO FRIDAY | 40 HOURS PER WEEK

Join a global manufacturing leader. Through a partnership between Glenair UK Ltd and QS Recruitment, we are recruiting Assembly Operatives to manufacture high-reliability connectors, cable assemblies and interconnect systems used across demanding industries.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Assemble precision electrical connectors and cable assemblies to detailed engineering drawings and manufacturing specifications.
  • Carry out in-process inspections and quality checks to ensure products meet exacting standards.
  • Develop assembly, production, and inspection skills through structured training.
  • Support production schedules and customer delivery requirements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement activities and maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Hourly Rate: £13.38 per hourQuaterly Boinus

Working Hours: Monday to Friday07:30 - 16:00compressed hours are available uptio 40 hours per week

Experience & Qualifications

WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
  • Ability to Travel between Annesley and Mansfield is essential.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve production targets.
  • Manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential.
