We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Cold Store Operative to join our client. This role works in a cold storage environment and suits someone physically fit, dependable, and comfortable with repetitive lifting duties.
Duration: This is an ongoing temporary role with the opportunity to achieve a full-time role.
Contract Type: Temporary
Hourly Rate: You will be paid £13.00 per hour and will accrue 28 days holiday pro rata. You will be paid more if you have a valid Forklift Licence.
Working Hours: Your hours of work will be 8:30am – 17:00pm Monday to Friday. Flexibility required for overtime when business needs demand.
Experience & Qualifications:
- You must be comfortable working in chilled conditions.
- Physically capable of repetitive lifting.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Previous warehouse or cold store experience preferred.
Desirable (but not essential):
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence.
