We are currently seeking Waste Collection Operatives to join our team in the Metheringham area, covering North Kesteven.
About the Role
You will be part of the operations team responsible for collecting household refuse from local areas.
Responsibilities
- This is a physically active role that involves:
- Accessing the main site in Metheringham
- Manual handling and loading of refuse
- Working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Walking long distances throughout the day
Hourly Rate: Starting wage £12.21 p/h. Increasing wage to £12.39 following 12 weeks. £25,771 annually. 28 days annual leave pro-rata. Weekly Pay.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 07:00 start time. Averaging 7.5 hour shifts. Saturdays required in the week leading up to a Bank Holiday.
