As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly, ensuring orders are picked accurately, stock is handled safely, and customers receive their goods on time.

You will be:

  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch with accuracy and care.
  • Load and unload incoming and outgoing deliveries safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organised warehouse environment.
  • Operate warehouse equipment and systems safely, following all procedures.
  • Assist with stock checks, inventory control, and general warehouse duties as required.

Hourly Rate: Your hourly rate will be £12.71. You will accrue up to 28 days per year.

Working Hours: The role runs Monday to Friday, starting at 13:00 and typically finishing at 00:45. Shifts usually last between 10 to 12 hours, depending on workload. Some weekend work is also required.

Experience & Qualifications You will need:

  • Warehouse experience preferred, but not required
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Physically capable of lifting heavy items
