An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Team Leader to join a growing manufacturing business at its newly opened facility.
You will lead a small production team, ensuring daily targets, quality standards and health and safety requirements are consistently achieved.
- Leading and motivating a production team
- Allocating workloads and monitoring performance
- Supporting the training and development of team members
- Ensuring production targets are achieved
- Monitoring quality standards throughout production
- Maintaining health and safety compliance
- Liaising with management regarding production performance
Hourly Rate: £13.50 p/h basic - £33,345 Annually
Overtime paid at £20.25 all hours after 48
