Job Description

Monday – Friday | 6:00am – 3:00pm | £12.71 per hour

We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a growing manufacturing business at their newly opened site. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of an expanding team with long-term opportunities available for the right candidates.

Working within a clean production environment, you will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing process while maintaining high standards of quality, safety and efficiency.

Duties include:

  • Operating production equipment safely and efficiently
  • Preparing products ready for dispatch
  • Carrying out quality checks throughout the production process
  • Following production schedules and work instructions
  • Maintaining high housekeeping standards
  • Adhering to all health and safety procedures

Duration: Long term ongoing with permanent opportunity

Contract Type: Temporary

Hourly Rate: £12.71 Basic

Overtime paid at £19.06 on all hours over 48 hours.

Weekly Pay

28 Days Annual leave pro-rata

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 6:00am - 3:00pm 30 Min Breaks

Experience & Qualifications

  • Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment (preferred but not essential)
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Good attention to detail
  • The ability to work as part of a team
  • Reliability and good timekeeping
