Looking for a hands-on role where every day keeps you active? We’re recruiting Warehouse Container Operatives to join our client’s busy warehouse team. This is a physically demanding role involving unloading shipping containers, inspecting stock, and preparing goods for storage. If you enjoy staying active and take pride in doing a job well, we’d love to hear from you.

As a Warehouse Container Operative, your duties will include:

  • Handballing stock from shipping containers into the warehouse
  • Inspecting products for any damage or defects during unloading
  • Reporting damaged or missing items to the warehouse supervisor
  • Sorting, stacking and storing goods safely within the warehouse
  • Following all manual handling procedures and health & safety guidelines
  • Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
  • Assisting with general warehouse duties as required

Hourly Rate: £12.71 p/h, £540 per week. Overtime and Bank Holidays paid at time and half. 28 days annual leave pro-rata weekly pay.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 07:00 - 16:00, 9 hour shifts, 30 Min breaks, 42.5 Hours per week paid.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential.
  • Physically fit and capable of repetitive heavy lifting throughout the shift.
  • Reliable, hardworking and punctual.
  • Able to work efficiently as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail when checking stock for damage.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
