LGV Class 2 Driving Role with a salary of £40,000.00!
During this role you would be expected to deliver to a range of destinations including:
- NDCs
- RDCs
- Depos
You will have the aid of a specialist unloading crew. The HGV 2 vehicle that you would be driving would be curtain sided, so experience with curtain sided would be preferred but not necessary. Nights out could be a requirement on specific runs.
Duration: This is a Temporary, ongoing role.
Contract Type: Temporary
Hourly Rate: With our PAYE you could earn £14.00 an hour with 28 days paid holiday pro rata. Additional £23.00 pay for Nights Out! With a credited umbrella scheme you could earn £16.94 an hour.
Working Hours: In this new role you will generally be starting around 06:00 for shifts across 7 days per week. You can expect 4 to 5 shifts per week (more available if required). Maximum weekly working hours would be at 56 hours with 90 hours driving time over a 2-week period (adhering to the Working Times Regulations). Weekend work is available.
Experience & Qualifications: If you have the following, you could be the successful candidate:
- A Valid Class 2 HGV Licence
- A Valid UK CPC
- A Valid Digital Tacho Card
- At least 6 months commercial driving experience
